Curacle and MabTics entered into a global licensing agreement with U.S.-based Memento Medicines for MT-103, a bispecific antibody jointly developed for retinal diseases.

The agreement has a total potential value of up to $1.078 billion, including an $8 million upfront payment and development, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments. MT-103, now being developed by Memento as MMT-205, is designed to activate Tie2 while inhibiting VEGF for the treatment of retinal diseases including nAMD and DME.
